AI Positioning for Publishers. Pewnafranczyza.pl Using PromptEye
🔍 Project Goal
The goal was to increase the visibility of pewnafranczyza.pl in AI model responses (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek) across two key areas:
- B2B Segment – reaching franchisors and companies looking for:
- franchise marketing activities
- sponsored article sales
- promotion of franchise offers
- franchise lead generation
- B2C Segment (lead generation) – increasing portal recommendations as a place where:
- you can submit a form and find a franchise that fits you
- get help choosing a business model
- find a matching franchise offer
The project was carried out using the PromptEye tool, which enables monitoring of brand visibility in AI model responses and analysis of sources cited by LLMs.
Additionally, as part of the Enterprise package, on the PromptEye side the project was managed by a dedicated specialist responsible for both coordinating activities and delivering and optimizing real results.
Starting Point
At the start, we conducted an AI visibility analysis for dozens of prompts across the B2B and B2C segments.
Initial visibility (average across AI models): 👉 4 %
In many responses, the models::
- recommended other franchise portals
- provided general tips without mentioning a specific brand
- did not suggest the option of submitting a form to find a matching franchise
Action Strategy
AI Content Optimization (GEO / LLM SEO)
Activities included:
Creating and expanding expert content around topics such as:
- franchise marketing
- lead generation
- sponsored articles for franchises
- step-by-step franchise selection
Creating content that directly answers questions such as:
- “where to promote a franchise?”
- “how to find a franchise that fits you?”
Strengthening the message about:
- the option to submit a form
- free franchise matching
- expert support
Structuring content for AI:
- clear headings that answer specific questions
- Q&A sections,
- definitions and summaries,
- short, quotable paragraphs.
Strengthening Source Authority
Since AI models cite sources, the activities included:
- publishing expert content on external portals,
- contextual mentions in industry articles,
- topical linking,
- building context around the phrases “franchise marketing” and “franchise matching portal”.
The goal was to increase the likelihood that models would:
- recognize the portal as an authoritative source,
- franczyzycite it in the context of franchise marketing and selection.

The project was carried out in a partnership model. On one side – the pewnafranczyza.pl team, responsible for creating and publishing content. On the other – PromptEye, responsible for strategy, analysis, and operational management.
