Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Watch and Optimize?
Watch is a monitoring plan — it shows how your brand appears in AI responses and provides analysis and recommendations. Optimize includes all of that, plus a full suite of tools for creating and improving content.
What happens when I reach the monthly limit for a feature?
The limit resets at the beginning of the next billing period. We will also soon be introducing the option to purchase additional usage directly from the dashboard.
Can I change my plan mid-cycle?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately.
How does annual billing work?
By choosing annual billing, you pay upfront for 12 months at the price of 10 — two months are free. The monthly price in this mode is correspondingly lower.
Do unused credits carry over to the next month?
No — the limits for individual features reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits expire at the end of the month.
Can I monitor more than one brand?
Yes — each plan includes a set number of projects, and each project represents a separate brand or service.

How does the agency plan work?
The agency plan is a single account for managing AI visibility across multiple clients, with higher limits and a full set of tools. You can find more details in the "For Agencies" tab above.
Which AI models are included?
Plans include 3 to 4 AI models as standard. Additional models — Claude, Grok, Copilot — can be purchased as an add-on. In the Enterprise plan, all models are included.
